[Ally] [Death Knight] Garrison buidings upgrade problem

Garrison buildings do not expand despite the completed upgrade, eg from lvl 1 to 2 or from lvl 2 to 3. The problem does not occur in Town Hall.
One more bug
Despite building a garrison port and even completing the Tanaan Jungle exercises, the port does not appear in the game. Interestingly, after placing the port, an animation appears and even takes the player to Jungle.
